About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 9413-8278 Québec inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Ensure that all staff members receive comprehensive training on our menu, policies, and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Required certifications for the position.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
