Restaurant Performance Specialist

Restaurant Brands International Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Regional Franchise Manager, this key role will partner with our restaurant owners and operators to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted business advisor and mentor to restaurant owners and operators, providing guidance on all aspects of their business, including financial performance, operational efficiency, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions in collaboration with restaurant owners and operators.
- Examine financial, commercial, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and work with restaurant owners and operators to develop strategies to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular financial reviews (profit and loss statements, balance sheets) with restaurant owners and operators.
- Ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives (product launches, technological innovations, process improvements, marketing and promotional programs, openings, and renovations) to drive sales growth.
- Represent the Tim Hortons brand and business at all times.
- At least 3 years of operational experience in profit and loss management, preferably in a fast-growing consumer or retail business.
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and financial skills, with the ability to develop business strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with others (restaurant owners, colleagues) to establish and achieve goals.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify problems and their causes, and make sound judgments to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various formats and with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility with work hours to meet operational needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets provincial regulations.
