Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of over 20 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service to our valued customers.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Supervision

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
