Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ERIE VETERINARY HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Train staff and provide guidance on administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
