Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
