Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
