About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Communications team in the Toronto office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and designing marketing materials, with a focus on proposals, presentations, and supporting assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing, with experience in graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite. You will also possess superior skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you will have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask and organize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with staff and leadership to produce engaging content for various marketing materials
  • Assist with all phases of RFP response, including reviewing proposal requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and coordinating visual and written assets
  • Create, organize, and maintain resources such as brochures, project sheets, CVs, presentation materials, and databases
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and photographers to obtain imagery and usage rights
  • Organize printing of promotional materials and update and maintain the website, intranet, and social media
