Job Title: Bilingual Proposal Coordinator

Employment Status: Maternity Leave Replacement

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Proposal Coordinator to support our business development initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with proposal development, including responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), and Request for Information (RFI). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end RFP submission process, including proposal and presentation development, and special client deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and team tasks, deliverables, and assist with proposal development, including preparation of proposal drafts, writing, use of graphics, and PowerPoint development.
  • Review procurement sites for opportunities related to Lifemark services and the healthcare industry.
  • Maintain a content repository site with up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with Business Development leaders to compile and maintain content, including proposal narratives, typical exhibits/appendices, project profiles, and graphics.
  • Assist with the creation of graphics and page layouts for proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to other key corporate projects as identified.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Job Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing/Communications, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (French/English) required.
  • Experience coordinating and assisting with writing, proposal development/coordination, ideally for RFP-type responses, technical, corporate communications, and marketing materials.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and other applications (Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness in work assignments.
  • Ability to work independently with established guidelines.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, proposal management software, CRM, and experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
