Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at ADVEX SOLUTIONS LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
