Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
