PureSS SPA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role involves providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Your strong organizational skills and experience working in an office environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as an Administrative Support Professional will include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Preparing meeting minutes and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Providing general administrative support to staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
