Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet our organization's goals
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and resources
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
