Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lifemark's Keswick Physiotherapy clinic. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians and patients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, greeting patients, and providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinating patient intakes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting patients with paperwork, processing payments, and tracking insurance claims
- Providing administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must also be computer-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
