In this exciting role as Senior Learning and Development Analyst, you will be part of our SAP implementation team, responsible for designing and delivering training programs for enterprise-wide adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement performance and goals within the ARC SAP framework
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design SAP training programs
- Work with HR Business Partners to administer the annual performance cycle
- Develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with identified learning needs
- Facilitate the execution of learning and development initiatives
- Lead the implementation of the LMS within the scope of the ARC SAP implementation
- Oversee day-to-day LMS administration
- Contribute to policy development and updates
- Develop training materials to support policy implementation
- Work with business units to create functional competencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of human resources experience
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Adult Education
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly skilled in utilizing MS Office 365 tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
