We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the Miller Immigration Law Firm.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, coordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers, advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized and reliability. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively as a team player.
Benefits:
This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will have access to professional development opportunities and a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
