Role Overview:

This role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources and Communications departments, providing executive and project assistance to senior leaders. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to senior leaders, including preparation of materials, coordination of meetings, and management of correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage timelines, coordinate updates, and monitor assigned tasks and projects.
  • Support the EVP's daily activities, including calendar management, meeting organization, and expense reporting.
  • Undertake various aspects of administration, including arranging meetings, handling expenses, and managing invoices.
  • Coordinate events, such as townhalls, media events, and training sessions.
  • Lead and support cross-department events related to employee engagement and company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader Executive Assistant group and administer internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • College education in business or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and progressive experience.
  • Relevant experience with years at the executive assistant level, as well as experience simultaneously supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Exposure to Real Estate, Human Resources, and Communications is an asset.
