Role Overview:

Cadillac Fairview is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other materials for Senior Leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on company initiatives and projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • College education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
