About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team at SiteOne Landscape Supply. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Care Department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing sales and operations plans, including statistical demand forecasting and supply chain management.
  • Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
  • Understand and execute the principles of inventory management, target customer mix, and sales strategies.
  • Partner with branch leadership to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve business performance.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, forecasting, and financial management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting.
  • For internal candidates only: Line of Business (LOB) Certification Level I or higher, preferred.
