About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Financial Management
    • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technology and Security
    • Ensure that all team members have the necessary computer and technology skills to perform their duties.
    • Maintain basic security clearance to ensure the confidentiality of company information.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Ensure that all team members have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 33 to 40 hours per week.
