About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for our chef
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and business operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, flexibility, team player, and initiative
