Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen StaffOversee the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food preparation and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffTrain new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that they meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.
Prepare Budgets and ReportsPrepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and develop budgets to ensure that our kitchen operations are financially sustainable.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports to help us identify areas for improvement.
