Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Skills
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Client focus and team player.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
LanguageThe primary language spoken in our restaurant is English.
Work HoursYou will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
