About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sylvan Lake Beachfront Resort Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Direct and Control daily operations, including staff management, budget planning, and policy implementation.
  • Provide Administrative Support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Communicate Effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders, including responding to employee questions and complaints, and negotiating collective agreements.
  • Manage Office Operations including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel and related itineraries.
  • Provide Customer Service to guests and employees, including greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and providing information and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, judgement, team player, client focus, and attention to detail.
