Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP Global Non-Ferrous Trading in delivering administrative functions for the Non-Ferrous Trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, arranging meetings and travel plans, coordinating calendars and sending meeting requests and reminders, completing and submitting expense reports, and providing administrative support for various projects.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Manage calendars and send meeting requests and reminders
  • Complete and submit expense reports
  • Provide administrative support for various projects

Requirements

  • College certificate or similar academic training
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) required
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, productivity, and adaptability
  • Attention to deadlines and professional discretion
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
