Executive Assistant

Reporting to the VP Global Non-Ferrous Trading, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP and the Non-Ferrous Trading team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage calendars and send meeting requests and reminders.
- Process expense reports and ensure timely submission.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with various projects, including data compilation, report preparation, and presentation creation.
- Support Trade Support as needed.
- Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
- College certificate (AEC or DEC) or equivalent academic training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role to senior management.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
