Capital Markets Leadership Opportunity at Colliers International

As a key member of our Capital Markets team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and market share growth strategies for Colliers International. You will work closely with senior leaders to execute business development and client relationship management initiatives, leveraging your expertise in valuation, financial analysis, and client presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective project management, including overseeing project completion timelines and ensuring client needs are met.
  2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support proposals, pitches, and client presentations, and present findings to existing and potential clients.
  3. Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added value to clients.
  4. Establish and maintain strong communication channels to promote team operations and the Capital Markets brand.

Requirements:

  1. Real Estate license and 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  2. Strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  3. Resourcefulness, hands-on approach, and a willingness to pitch in and get the job done.
  4. High level of energy, initiative, and a quick learning ability.
