Econo Lodge is a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes arranging seminars and conferences, distributing mail and other materials, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
