- The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and perform a variety of tasks as required.
- Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Open and distribute mail, and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to multitask, flexibility, judgement, organized, accurate, reliability, and time management
- Language
- English
- Working Hours
- 30 hours per week
