Office Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Office Receptionist to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc. as an Administrative Support professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a high level of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, operate the telephone system, and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as providing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English or French.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively is essential.
