About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our licensed property managers in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Licensed Property Managers: Assist licensed property managers in their daily tasks, including organizing property files, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
  • Client Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, strata council members, and building owners.
  • Emergency Response: Demonstrate a calm and decisive demeanor in emergency situations, able to troubleshoot and find positive solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with tasks such as scheduling maintenance, obtaining quotes, and confirming jobs with tradespeople.
  • Travel: Travel to buildings, attend strata council meetings, and participate in other activities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Licensing: Eligible to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC.
