As our Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our organization, responsible for cultivating love and appreciation with every interaction. You will focus on generating new business and referrals from our existing databases and social media platforms, looking for opportunities to leave a positive and lasting impression, ensuring a squeaky-clean database, and foster meaningful connections.

**COMPENSATION**

Competitive compensation, designed to discourage turnover, with a bonus component tied to the generation of new business and leads.

**KEY TASKS**
- **Proactive Database Management**_
- Call every person in the database twice a year, leaving uplifting messages when no one answers.
- Ensure the database is squeaky-clean by updating and verifying contact details.
- **Social Media Engagement**_
- Regularly patrol social media for opportunities to support and make positive connections.
- Avoid generic likes and provide meaningful comments of support.
- Connect with individuals in the database on social media to strengthen connections.
- **Realtor and Referral Partner Management**_
- Send thoughtful gestures such as coffee cards or movie passes when a referral is made.
- Follow and actively support realtors and partners on social media.
- **Revitalize Cold and On-Hold Files**_
- Regularly call individuals in the Cold and On-Hold files to maintain communication and rekindle interest.
- **Celebration Coordination**_
- Set up and celebrate monthly birthday lunches, anniversaries, and office events.
- Ensure events are well-organized and contribute to a positive team culture.

**EXPERIENCE**
- **Experience in Customer Relations or Sales**: Previous experience in customer relations, sales, or a clientfacing role is beneficial. This could include experience in industries such as real estate, finance, or customer service.
- **Marketing and Social Media Knowledge**: Familiarity with marketing principles and a good understanding of social media platforms to effectively engage with clients and build an online presence is beneficial.

As our Client Relationship Specialist, you will be crucial in shaping the communities’ perception of our organization, building lasting relationships, driving new and repeat business and fostering a culture of positive appreciation within and beyond our network.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
