About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts across various industry segments in the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and other functional areas to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations, including Vice Presidents and C-level executives.
  • Drive new logo customers and expand existing relationships through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and sales plays.
  • Ensure customer implementations are wildly successful and meet their business needs.
Requirements
  • HS diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Successful track record in Enterprise software sales across many business functions within the executive level of a customer.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations and compress decision cycles.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, including written and oral, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in building a diverse territory plan and familiarity in leveraging a sales ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business and thriving in high-velocity situations.
  • Motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota, driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
