Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and Enterprise Development, to exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage individual targets and oversee performance metrics, consistently reporting on them to evaluate Enterprise Account Executives' performance.
  • Support and manage Enterprise Account Executives in shaping their customer acquisition strategy, preparing forecasts, and developing growth plans.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of managing a high-performing enterprise sales team selling a highly complex technical solution.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization selling a highly complex technical solution.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
