We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Yorkdale FSS, North York, ON. As a leader in prestige beauty, we offer an exceptional luxury retail experience for customers.

Estimated Annual Salary: $34,736 - $57,456

About the Role:
  • We're looking for someone with a proven track record in luxury and specialty retail store experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • You'll have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to perform basic math.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate a 'customer-centric' mindset and values during all touch-points of the customer journey.
  2. Adopt, champion, and deliver Jo Malone London's Art of Gift Giving standards of excellence.
  3. Support all efforts to reach and exceed top-line sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  4. Commit to reaching and exceeding consultative service goals designed to acquire, engage, retain, and grow customer relationships.
  5. Approach 'building your business' with a driven, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and performance. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.

We maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs, which may include commission/bonus plans. Additional details regarding these plans will be provided as part of your onboarding process.
