We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pro-Edge Canada Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company and services.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
