About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to maintain a well-organized office.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
