About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel and accommodations for attendees.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other information, including performing data entry and maintaining digital databases.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, including responding to electronic enquiries and conducting research.
  • Project Management: Assist with project management, including assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and other relevant software.
