International Recruitment Officer

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and well-connected International Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. As a key member of our Overseas Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
Key Responsibilities- Represent ApplyBoard Inc and promote our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
- Increase international student enrollment by recruiting students from diverse regions and negotiating terms of engagement with agents.
- Provide training and guidance to agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants.
- Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms to deliver key messages and encourage engagement from potential and current students.
- Proactively outreach to agents to promote our services and build relationships.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
- Experience working with educational consultants and/or postsecondary institutions directly is considered a bonus.
- Experience working with a CRM is considered an asset.
