We are seeking a skilled and passionate Recruiter to join our team at Synapse International. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Work collaboratively with our account management team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • Proven business and client development experience
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Good computer and phone skills
