Recruitment Manager

At DMC Recruitment Group, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of recruitment consultants. As a Manager, Recruiter Development, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating our team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve team performance.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss pipelines, obstacles, and growth opportunities.
- Assess individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to set performance deliverables and develop growth plans for each consultant.
- Refine sales strategies and recruitment techniques to ensure consultants are equipped to succeed in competitive markets.
- Manage individual and team revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and internal quality standards.
- Provide conflict resolution and issue management support to the team.
- Proven recruitment expertise, including sales optimization and coaching.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop growth plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building a positive team culture.
- Experience with conflict resolution and issue management.

This is a salaried position with a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, plus incentives, benefits package, and 3 weeks' vacation. You'll report to the Director and work closely with Partners in the business to ensure alignment with our mission and goals.
