International Recruitment Officer

As an International Recruitment Officer, you'll play a vital role in simplifying the study abroad search, application, and acceptance process for our students. Our platform connects international students, recruitment partners, and educational institutions, making it easier for students to achieve their academic goals.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced and well-connected International Recruitment Officer to join our growing Overseas Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for promoting ApplyBoard services to agents, international educators, and prospective students. Your primary goal will be to increase international student enrollment at ApplyBoard by recruiting students from diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent ApplyBoard brand to promote our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
  • Negotiate terms of engagement with agents and provide training to ensure they're equipped to promote ApplyBoard effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents, international educators, and prospective students to increase international student enrollment.
  • Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to promote ApplyBoard services.
  • Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants.
  • Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and verbal skills.
  • Able to work independently within a team-based environment.
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with educational consultants and/or postsecondary institutions is a bonus.
  • Experience working with a CRM is an asset.
