Recruitment Manager

At DMC Recruitment Group, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of recruitment consultants. As a Manager, Recruiter Development, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating our team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve team performance.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss pipelines, obstacles, and growth opportunities.
- Assess individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to set sector-appropriate performance deliverables and build growth plans tailored to each consultant's goals.
- Refine sales strategies and recruitment techniques to ensure consultants are equipped to succeed in competitive markets.
- Manage individual and team revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and internal quality standards.
- Provide continuous coaching to consultants on skills development and personal growth.
- Proven recruitment expertise, including sales optimization and coaching consultants.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable with sales and business development, with the ability to help consultants refine their techniques.
- Natural mentorship skills, with the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide tailored support.
- Performance management skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop growth plans.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to communicate, uphold, and defend the company culture.

This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from anywhere within Canada. You'll report to the Director and work closely with Partners to ensure alignment with our mission and goals. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, plus incentives, benefits, and 3 weeks' vacation.
