About the Role

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business and client development, as well as the ability to work remotely. As a recruiter at Synapse International, you'll be responsible for working with our account managers and clients to ensure a smooth interview process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with our account managers to ensure a seamless interview process
  • Meet or exceed recruitment targets
