International Recruitment Specialist

Purpose:
York University is seeking a skilled International Recruitment Officer to play a key role in the university's international recruitment activities. This includes delivering recruitment presentations, researching, and contributing to the development of programs and strategies to attract top international talent. The successful candidate will contribute to York's goal of developing a vibrant, diverse, and highly academic group of international applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver recruitment presentations to secondary schools and other international audiences
• Research and analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement recruitment programs and initiatives
• Provide advising and counselling services to international students
• Build relationships with international partners and stakeholders

Requirements:
• 2 years' recent related experience in international recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid passport and driver's license
• Ability to travel internationally
