Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Superior Recruiting Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Benefits Administration: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and human rights.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
