We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at GLOBAL VISION IMMIGRATION INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide information or services to employees
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff
