  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid certificates, as well as a Security Guard License.
  • Education: A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
Compensation and Benefits

The Defender Security Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
