Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Virbac. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Southwestern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including veterinarians, pet owners, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Virbac's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or animal science
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the animal health industry, preferably in a territory sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using sales software and technology, such as CRM systems
