Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Virbac is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Southwestern Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory results and drive business growth.
  • Promote our innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to achieve goals.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to segment the territory and focus on high-potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a selling or marketing role, with a combination of both ideal.
  • Animal Health Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in learning new computer applications and experience with GSuite or MS Office.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
