Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Communication: Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and the public, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with database software and accounting software.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with database software and accounting software.
